- Possess 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring/Spring Boot development, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the flexibility to support both development and production support responsibilities.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and relational databases while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Perform application support activities, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, bug fixing, performance optimization, production deployments, and post-release monitoring to ensure application stability.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement technical solutions, and support end-to-end software delivery.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies, including AI/Generative AI, automation, cloud-native development, and modern software engineering practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, technical documentation, CI/CD processes, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
