PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead and manage projects from planning through completion.
Develop detailed project schedules, work programmes, and resource plans.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Contract Administration
Review contracts, tender documents, specifications, and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory regulations.
Manage project documentation, approvals, and correspondence.
Oversee variation orders, claims, extension of time (EOT) submissions, and contractual negotiations.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and supervise Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, and project coordinators.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively across projects.
Conduct regular project review meetings and performance evaluations.
Foster teamwork and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Reporting
Present project updates to senior management.
Track project KPIs, milestones, productivity, and resource utilisation.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
