Sales Executive

Attend to walk-in customers, online enquiries and phone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable furniture or customised furniture solutions.

Provide product information, pricing, quotations and basic advice to customers.

Assist customers mainly with wardrobe, cabinet and customised furniture enquiries.

Follow up with customers closely and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

Prepare quotations, sales orders and simple customer records.

Coordinate with the internal team on order details, measurements, delivery and installation arrangements.

Liaise with customers regarding product details, dimensions, colours, materials and order progress.

Use basic AutoCAD knowledge to assist with simple furniture layout or cabinet drawings when required.

Maintain good customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Prior experience in furniture, renovation, interior design, retail sales or customer service will be an advantage.

Able to communicate with customers in English and Chinese.

Able to read and write in English and Chinese, as communication with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers may be required.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
