Human Resource Personnel to support expanding department within a Healthcare Industry

Duties may include the following:

  • Support and manage all HR operations-related matters to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain records of employees benefits, Medical and Annual leaves.

  • Support Recruitment drive, Letter of Appointment drafting.

  • Application of Employment Passes.

  • Support implementation of Employees’ Appraisal.

  • Create and cultivate a continuous learning culture by managing and delivering clear learning paths for employees at all levels in order to enhance their professional development.

  • Assist and contribute to HR work plans such as performance management review, employee handbook review, SOP and policy management, and employee relations.

  • Assisting in development of employee’s appraisal process and system.

  • Updates and usage of HRMS Infotech System.
  • Plan and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities.

  • Collaborate across functional teams in any HR-related tasks or projects.

  • Play an active role in implementing process improvement initiatives for HR workflow and processes.

  • Any other HR projects and duties as assigned.
