Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities
- Support the design, review, and implementation of compensation and rewards programs, including salary structures, job grading frameworks, salary bands, and incentive schemes.
- Manage and administer the annual performance review cycle and KPI-setting process, ensuring alignment between individual performance and reward outcomes.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation positioning within the technology industry.
- Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations on salary adjustments, promotions, and annual compensation reviews.
- Oversee or support monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Review and administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, wellness initiatives, employee engagement activities, company events, and corporate social responsibility programs.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate policies, guidelines, and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and employee welfare.
- Support HRIS initiatives, including system implementation, migration, process improvements, and data integrity management.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and workforce analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience.
- Experience in the technology industry or a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
- Experience in designing or enhancing compensation frameworks and reward structures will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with payroll processes, HRIS platforms, and HR analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion.
