About Smartpaw

Smartpaw is a growing pet tech brand in Singapore selling smart pet products — automatic litter boxes, smart feeders, pet fountains, and pet care essentials. We sell across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our own online store.

We're looking for a reliable part-time assistant to help with our daily warehouse and fulfillment operations every morning.

What You'll Do

  • Pick, pack, and label customer orders for dispatch
  • Receive and check incoming stock deliveries from suppliers
  • Organize and keep the warehouse clean and tidy
  • Assist with stocktaking and basic inventory checks
  • Help with Lalamove handoffs for order dispatch and customer returns
  • Complete the daily opening or closing checklist as assigned
  • Support other basic operational tasks when needed

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • Reliable and punctual — we need you here every morning, consistency matters most
  • Comfortable with physical work — lifting boxes, standing, moving stock
  • Honest and careful — handle products and orders with care
  • Able to commit to 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Good to Have (but not required)

  • Pet lover or pet owner
  • Previous experience in warehouse, packing, or retail
  • Lives near Bukit Batok / Trade Hub 21 area

Schedule & Pay

  • 3 hours per day, 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday)
  • Morning shift (exact timing to be discussed, e.g. 9am–12pm)
  • 10.50–10.50–12/hour depending on experience
  • Flexibility to extend hours during peak campaign periods (7.7, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) at agreed hourly rate
