Administrative Executive (Accounting Support)

Administrative

• Manage document filing and maintain organized records.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation.

• Handle incoming mail and general office administration.

• Prepare project files and company documentation.

• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and external parties.

• Provide administrative support across related companies.

• Assist with general office operations and ad hoc duties.

Accounting Support (Occasional)

• Scan and organize invoices and accounting documents.

• Assist with invoice preparation and billing when required.

• Support payment tracking and basic expense monitoring.

• Assist with GST-related documentation and reporting.

• Prepare simple accounting reports and payment documents as needed.

• Provide support to the finance function on an ad hoc basis

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.

• Prior administrative experience is preferred.

• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage but not required.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.

• Organized, meticulous, and able to multitask.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
