Your Mission
The Senior HR Manager partners closely with senior leaders to deliver both strategic and operational HR leadership for all beauty brands across Travel Retail APAC. This role acts as a trusted advisor and change agent, translating business priorities into impactful people strategies while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a strong employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as a strategic HR partner to brand leadership teams, providing proactive advice on organization, talent, performance, and employee relations.
- Translate business challenges and growth ambitions into pragmatic HR initiatives aligned with brand and regional priorities.
- Support leaders through change, transformation, and organizational evolution.
Talent & Organization
- Lead talent acquisition strategies in partnership with TA teams.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and internal mobility.
- Lead organization design and workforce planning initiatives.
Performance, Engagement & Culture
- Deploy performance management processes that foster accountability and high performance.
- Build an inclusive and engaging culture aligned with Group values.
- Address engagement challenges and improve employee experience.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate people-related risks.
HR Operations & Projects
- Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and exits.
- Lead or contribute to APAC or brand HR projects.
- Use HR data and insights to support decision-making.
Profile & Capabilities
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
- Exposure to complex environments in Retail, FMCG, or Luxury environments.
- Experience in Travel Retail or multi-market operations is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence.
- Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals and local labor law.
