Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of the Company’s new build and A&A works, from design development to tendering through to execution, completion, and handover to Operations or Leasing, covering both pre- and post-construction phases.

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, administer tender processes, and provide regular cost and financial reports to Management.

  • Review and ensure all architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and works comply with applicable regulations, codes, and by-laws of relevant authorities.

  • Monitor and control project progress to ensure alignment with specifications, timelines, and approved budgets.

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Management, landlords, contractors, consultants, and government authorities, to achieve successful project delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality.

  • Chair and lead weekly project progress meetings with main contractors and consultants to track performance, address issues, and drive timely resolution.

  • Attend and provide weekly project updates to Management, highlighting key progress, risks, and issues requiring discussion or approval.

  • Report directly to Head of Project Department

  • Undertake administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Construction or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project and Design Management.

  • Strong familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority approval processes.

  • Prior experience with developers will be an advantage.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects, preferably from inception to completion.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
