Duration: 6 months (Full-time)

Your Mission

Working closely with the CRM leader & being an active member of the Marketing team, you will support the execution of Decathlon Singapore's customer relationship management strategy to create a unique, efficient and data-driven omni-channel experience. Your efforts will help drive user conversion, retention, engagement and reactivation across our digital touchpoints, ultimately increasing brand loyalty and driving omni traffic.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement & execute CRM communications (email & push)

  • Own and plan the marketing communication calendar for all CRM touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, well-timed and balanced flow of messages that avoid user fatigue.
  • Generate regular performance reports, input key campaign data, and produce analytical breakdowns to provide actionable insights that support overall CRM and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist in the strategy building and end-to-end execution of automated CRM communication flows across multiple digital touchpoints to engage users at different stages of their lifecycle.

2. Coordinate with cross-functional departments

  • Work closely with internal key stakeholders to align on copywriting, creative content and specific messaging that reflects Decathlon's brand voice.
  • Act as the bridge between business goals and customer needs, ensuring that localized sport community insights from other teams are translated into targeted CRM strategies.

3. Optimize current CRM communications

  • Plan and conduct robust A/B tests (on subject lines, layout, timing and copy) to identify the most effective engagement strategies tailored for different user segments.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve current email and push notification layouts to maximize click-through rates, readability, and overall user experience.

  • Data Literacy: Analytical mind comfortable with basic data inputs, report generation, and tracking metrics like conversion rates, open rates, and traffic growth.
