Roles & Responsibilities

1. HR, Payroll & Compliance (Quick to Learn!)

  • Manage monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and tax clearances (IR8A, IR21).

  • Handle foreign workforce administration (Work Permits, S Pass applications, and renewals).

  • Note: Procedures related to MOM, IRAS, and the CPF Board are highly structured and standardized. As long as you have basic knowledge and strong independent problem-solving skills, you can learn and master these processes very quickly.

2. Independent Problem-Solving & Research

  • Actively utilize digital search tools and government portals to independently research and find solutions when regulations update or unique HR cases arise.

  • Take ownership of administrative challenges and figure out the best ways to streamline workflows.

3. Asset & Office Administration

  • Maintain organized records and contracts for the branch office, staff accommodations (dormitories), and company vehicles.

  • Provide essential administrative support, basic data entry, and handle daily corporate correspondence.

4. On-site Worker Support

  • Communicate effectively with our on-site construction workers to understand their needs regarding accommodations or administrative issues and provide practical support.

4. REQUIREMENTS

  • Independent Problem Solver: This is the most crucial requirement. You must have the ability to research, figure things out on your own, and resolve challenges independently. We hire for aptitude and capability over years of experience.

  • Fast Learner: While prior experience in HR and Payroll is an advantage, you must be a quick learner who can easily adapt to structured government procedures (MOM, IRAS, CPF).

  • Software Proficiency: Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word) are required for daily data tracking and administration.

  • Empathetic Communicator: A sincere and open-minded attitude to understand and support the practical realities of our on-site workers.

  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where flexible work arrangements can be utilized to maximize your efficiency.
