SENIOR SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT MANAGER

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Marketing Duties

• Review legal aspect of Trademark protection, trade terms with trading partners and regulatory assessment and compliance.
• Serve as PDPA officer for the company.
• Support execution of marketing plans for product launches, overseas market expansion, product design, sales, and dealer engagement.
• Assist with graphic design and basic copywriting tasks.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms.
• Manage and update company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and TikTok.
• Check and refine SEO articles for optimization and brand alignment.
• Observe and attend KOL and media collaborations, providing support and reporting outcomes.
• Support promotional activities, both online and offline.
• Manage marketing expenses, and ensure overall marketing expenditure efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing reach and effectiveness.

Sales Support Duties

• Support on-site sales activities, including assisting with events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement.
• Drive online engagement through interactive campaigns, live sessions, and timely responses to customer interactions.
• Assist the Sales Manager in implementing strategies to boost sales performance and achieve targets.
• Work closely with sales team on advertising, promotions, social media and event campaigns to increase traffic and sales conversion.

Customer Engagement Duties

• Handle CMS updates for the company website.
• Attend to inquiries received via Facebook, Instagram, and company email inbox.
• Follow up with customer queries, ensuring excellent service and referring them to relevant departments.
• Maintain cohesive branding and communication across teams.
• Ensure all outlets, event etc operations, displays and staff conduct maintain professional brand image and company standards
• Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by management.
