PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

Lead the full execution of industrial and factory projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, risk mitigation, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of industrial and factory projects to fulfill operational requirements and deliverables.
• Track master timelines, monitor project budgets, and oversee daily site progress to achieve key milestones.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent schedule delays and manage variation orders efficiently.
• Supervise all trades including structural, architectural, M&E, and interior fit-outs to ensure coordinated work execution.
• Coordinate daily project activities with consultants, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain workflow and communication.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship quality and ensure adherence to blueprints and specifications.
• Enforce Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) systems consistently across the job site to maintain compliance.
• Verify strict compliance with local building codes and regulatory authority requirements throughout project phases.
• Maintain high standards of structural integrity and environmental management to support project sustainability.
• Apply strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, structural works, and building regulations to guide project decisions.
• Utilize excellent negotiation skills to manage vendor contracts and variation orders, securing favorable terms and controlling costs.
