A leading global manufacturer of industrial products and material solutions developing innovative solutions for industries including automotive, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, energy, and infrastructure is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial performance, execution excellence, and KPI transparency across the APAC region.
- Monitor sales performance, customer engagement, pipeline health, and order intake to achieve business targets.
- Lead sales performance reviews and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems, Power BI dashboards, and reporting frameworks to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Oversee distributor and key account performance, ensuring alignment with regional growth strategies.
- Design and manage commercial programmes, including rebates, incentives, pricing support, and bonus schemes.
- Manage customer governance, including authorisation processes, commercial claims, contracts, and escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvements.
- Support key distributor meetings, business reviews, and regional commercial initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in regional sales operations, commercial excellence, or performance management within an industrial B2B environment. Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce),SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and experience working in cross-cultural, international organisations will be highly advantageous
