Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate Software Support Specialist to join our fast-growing HR technology team. If you're customer-focused, enjoy troubleshooting software, and want to build a career in SaaS, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work with innovative HRMS solutions used by businesses across Singapore and the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.

  • Guide customers through onboarding and system setup.

  • Deliver user training

  • Work closely with our Product and Development teams to resolve complex issues.

  • Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base.

  • Ensure customers have an exceptional experience with our HRMS platform.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Post Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, Customer Success, or Software Support.

  • Experience supporting SaaS, HRMS, Payroll, ERP, or Singapore MOM Regulation

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
