Responsibilities

As a Senior People Business Partner, you’ll partner with regional APAC leaders to co-create and execute talent and business strategies. You will be a strategic advisor, leading on organizational design, talent planning, and complex employee matters. This is a high-impact, regional role focused on scaling teams, guiding change, enabling performance, and evolving HR processes to support our scale.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies to business objectives and helping leaders scale teams effectively.

  • Partner with leadership on strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.

  • Provide senior-level guidance on organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness.

  • Provide Employee Relations support, offering thought partnership and guidance throughout the performance management process.

  • Drive initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, including performance management, feedback culture, and engagement strategies tailored to local context.

  • Guide leaders and teams through periods of change, including business transformation and growth-related evolution.

  • Leverage people analytics (Data-Informed Decisions) to support decision-making and identify trends.

  • Collaborate strongly across People Ops, Employment Legal, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless HR delivery, optimize processes, and balance risk.

  • Embrace an AI and Automation mindset to streamline processes.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with 4+ years HR partnership experience at a senior, strategic level.

  • Strong experience partnering within Global, APAC and GTM-facing roles.

  • Experience in tech/high-growth/scale-up environments is required.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and experience working across multiple APAC markets.

  • Experience managing complex employee relations and a strong understanding of local and regional compliance frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) as part of your regular daily work flow
