About the Role: Support our kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, preparing ingredients, and ensuring smooth back-of-house functions. This role is ideal for individuals starting their F&B career or seeking stable employment in a growing restaurant group.

Location: Far East Square Near Telok Ayer / Chinatown MRT

AM: 10am to 6pm

PM: 5pm to 3am

PM: 6pm to 4am

(inclusive 1 hour break)

6 Days work week

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in basic food preparation: washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Ensure proper storage and stock rotation of food supplies
  • Dispose of waste according to SFA hygiene regulations
  • Support cooks during service periods with ingredient replenishment
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Perform general kitchen maintenance and cleaning duties

Requirements

  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain within first month)
  • Physically fit with ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic understanding of kitchen safety preferred
