Location: Essential Extra Gift Store at Shenton Way at the heart of Singapore Central Business District

As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the heart of our store. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, using your product knowledge and passion for service to guide them, solve their problems, and ensure they leave happier than when they arrived. Your day will be fast-paced, varied, and rewarding.

Customer Service & Sales:

Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide exceptional, personalized service.

Actively listen to customer needs and recommend products that provide the perfect solution.

Drive sales by sharing your enthusiasm for our products and promoting current promotions.

Process transactions accurately at the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

Receive, unbox, and merchandise new shipments according to company standards.

Assist in setting up compelling displays for promotions and new arrivals.

Help manage inventory through stock counts and restocking shelves.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.

Share customer feedback and insights with the management team to help us improve.

· Experience will be preferred but not required

· Able to speak fluently in English. (Ability to speak Mandarin is a bonus)

· Candidates must possess at least Diploma/NITEC in any field.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment & work independently

· Able to start September 2026 onwards

· For full time- Singaporeans and Malaysians are welcome to apply. For part-time – 3 to 6 months part time position & preferably work 2 to 3 days per week
