AfterSales Logistics Specialist (Open to 0 Exp, up to $3,550)

Responsibilities
- Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing
- a) Handle enquiries from Distributors
- b) Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement to ensure on time delivery
- c) Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom clearance by importers
- Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report
- Handle SAP for Payment of supplier and buyer invoices
- Prepare monthly report to check KPI results against Target
Requirements
- Deg in Logistics/Supply Chain related
- Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
- Eager & fast to learn, open minded for feedback and improvement
- Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, especially Excel, Access)
- Power BI will be an added advantage
- Willing to travel to Asia If needed
