Job description
Oversee and coordinate the work schedule of subcontractors and site operations team
Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards
Prepare and submit material and sample submissions
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress report to client, stakeholders, and the manager
Answer and respond immediately to client, stakeholder and resident feedback
Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project team members, and other stakeholders
Provide updates on project progress
Offer technical solutions for any related issues
Conduct inspections to guarantee adherence to contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations, liaise will all relevant stakeholders with regards to commencement of works
Requirements
National Certificate in Construction Supervisor or at least equivalent with 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
Diploma holder in Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Management or at least equivalent with 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
Good communication and written skills
