Project Coordinator

Job description

  • Oversee and coordinate the work schedule of subcontractors and site operations team

  • Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards

  • Prepare and submit material and sample submissions

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress report to client, stakeholders, and the manager

  • Answer and respond immediately to client, stakeholder and resident feedback

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project team members, and other stakeholders

  • Provide updates on project progress

  • Offer technical solutions for any related issues

  • Conduct inspections to guarantee adherence to contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations, liaise will all relevant stakeholders with regards to commencement of works

Requirements

  • National Certificate in Construction Supervisor or at least equivalent with 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry

  • Diploma holder in Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Management or at least equivalent with 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry

  • Good communication and written skills

** The job location will be determined based on operational needs and may be within either the North or East Region
