Working hours: 12hours including weekends (Day/Night shifts)

Descriptions

  • Receive, validate, and process customer orders, ensuring orders comply with requirements.
  • Liaise closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment including delivery scheduling and amendments.
  • Communicate special handling instructions, priority orders, and value added services (VAS) requirements.
  • Support inventory related enquiries such as stock availability, shortages, overages, ageing reports, inventory reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
  • Verify and maintain accuracy of operational documents including DOs, packing lists, invoices, and PODs.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports (orders, inventory, exceptions).
  • Highlight service gaps and support corrective and preventive action implementation.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain management / Business Administration
  • Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent MS office knowledge, particularly Excel spreadsheet usage
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or warehouse operations, preferably within contract logistics / 3PL
  • Experience working with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, Oracle, Blue Yonder).
  • Able to commit to overtime when necessary
