Review and process operational requests, escalating exceptions or discrepancies when necessary.

Perform end-of-day control checks and ensure operational tasks are completed accurately.

Respond to operational queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.

Support process improvement initiatives, risk controls, and project activities.
