PROJECT EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager and Project Team for coordination projects, including: Re-painting works, Re-roofing works, Electrical works, and other improvement projects as assigned;
- Coordinate with Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Contractors and related agencies, including arranging of meetings, email correspondences, etc;
- Attend meetings and take minutes for project work;
- Assist in preparing administrative paper documentations (e.g. plans, designs, drawings, costings etc);
- Oversee, manage and monitor project progress schedules to ensure timelines are followed and quality standards are met;
- Conduct onsite inspections (when instructed) and ensure proper records of work and housekeeping are updated/kept;
- Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities;
- Verifying/Assessing job status, progress and claims'
- And any other tasks as assigned by your HOD/Supervisor.
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred;
- Relevant experience in building maintenance, upgrading, or construction projects will be an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good team player and able to work with minimum supervision;
- Meticulous with details especially with details of the projects (due date, details of work, etc);
- Resourceful, proactive and problem-solving attitude;
- Able to communicate in dialects will be an advantage;
- IT savvy.
