PROJECT EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager and Project Team for coordination projects, including: Re-painting works, Re-roofing works, Electrical works, and other improvement projects as assigned;
  • Coordinate with Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Contractors and related agencies, including arranging of meetings, email correspondences, etc;
  • Attend meetings and take minutes for project work;
  • Assist in preparing administrative paper documentations (e.g. plans, designs, drawings, costings etc);
  • Oversee, manage and monitor project progress schedules to ensure timelines are followed and quality standards are met;
  • Conduct onsite inspections (when instructed) and ensure proper records of work and housekeeping are updated/kept;
  • Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities;
  • Verifying/Assessing job status, progress and claims'
  • And any other tasks as assigned by your HOD/Supervisor.
  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred;
  • Relevant experience in building maintenance, upgrading, or construction projects will be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good team player and able to work with minimum supervision;
  • Meticulous with details especially with details of the projects (due date, details of work, etc);
  • Resourceful, proactive and problem-solving attitude;
  • Able to communicate in dialects will be an advantage;
  • IT savvy.
