Accounts Executive (F&B)

Salary: $3500

Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions in AR/AP. Maintaining schedules to full set of accounts
Ensure proper accounting records and procedure are adhered to
Issuing of statement of account and following up with customers on all outstanding payments
Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management
Liaising with internal departments and external parties to resolve accounting queries and issues
To be in-charge of multiple entities
Any other duties assigned by management

At least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalents
Minimum 2 year of relevant working experiences and in F&B/retail industry preferably
A self-motivated individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Possess good problem solving, analytical and project management skills
Able to collaborate effectively within a team while possesses drive, initiative, and the ability to work independently too.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Location: Tai Seng
