Quantity Surveyor

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Civil /Mechanical) or equivalent.

-At least 2-3Year(s) of working experience in the similar field

-Attend the site briefing for tendering purpose

- Must be able to understand, converse and read English

-Sourcing of new vendors, Sub-con, Suppliers compilation of quotation & comparisons of quotes. -Review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontracts, materials and equipment.

-Evaluation & certification of contractors’ claim

- Prepare variation orders. Same process as tender preparation

- Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments

- Hardworking, willing to learn and proactive

- Trustworthy and responsible

- Meticulous with an eye for details

- Other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• Budget Planning and project cost control
• Preparation of progress reports
• Sourcing of new vendors, compilation of quotation & comparisons of quotes. Review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontracts, materials and equipment.
• Evaluation & certification of contractors’ claim
• Knowledge of and experience in using basic AutoCAD and reading drawings
• Prepare monthly progress claim and necessary cost analysis reports
• Prepare variation orders. Same process as tender preparation
• Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments
• Well versed in contracts documentations including follow-up &submission of tenders
• Other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time
