Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational tasks, including order taking, cashiering, and food service as well as helping kitchen during assigned shifts.
- Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Manage administrative duties and ensure timely submission of records and paperwork.
- Conduct training sessions for staff and monitor their performance to foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Enforce conduct standards among staff to promote high morale across all outlets.
- Perform monthly inventory checks and manage stock levels effectively.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in similar roles within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven leadership skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude, driven mindset, and passion for teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure; willingness to work long hours is preferred.
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
