Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

Join a dynamic team as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager, where you will ensure exceptional service and operational excellence in a vibrant dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational tasks, including order taking, cashiering, and food service as well as helping kitchen during assigned shifts.

• Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

• Manage administrative duties and ensure timely submission of records and paperwork.

• Conduct training sessions for staff and monitor their performance to foster a positive work atmosphere.

• Enforce conduct standards among staff to promote high morale across all outlets.

• Perform monthly inventory checks and manage stock levels effectively.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in similar roles within the food and beverage industry.

• Proven leadership skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• A proactive attitude, driven mindset, and passion for teamwork.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure; willingness to work long hours is preferred.

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
