Manager/ Senior Manager, Portfolio Growth

We are looking for a dedicated team member to enhance value creation for portfolio companies in the healthcare and green sectors. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and is ideal for individuals with a proactive approach and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for priority portfolio companies in healthcare and the green economy.

• Establish milestones for commercial pilots, R&D collaborations, local manufacturing partnerships, and senior talent placement.

• Facilitate high-value introductions for portfolio companies to relevant industry drivers, technology partners, and networks.

• Monitor and report on key business metrics and operational performance.

• Strengthen institutional relationships within the healthcare and green sectors, including healthcare institutions, research institutes, and relevant corporate stakeholders.

• Map decision-makers and foster senior-level connections that lead to actionable opportunities for portfolio companies.

• Encourage cross-portfolio collaborations to uncover synergies across various stages and sectors.

• Maintain comprehension across relevant deeptech domains and translate technical insights into clear commercial narratives for corporate and governmental stakeholders.

• Provide strategic advice to portfolio leadership on key operational decisions such as workforce allocation, research spending, and market entry for clinical development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related technical discipline; postgraduate qualifications (MBA, MSc, PhD) or equivalent training highly preferred.

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare or green economy roles, with a focus on product development, business development, regulatory affairs, or management consulting.

• Proven track record in structuring and negotiating commercial, R&D, or manufacturing partnerships, particularly within Singapore or the APAC region.

• Established network of key opinion leaders in Singapore's research and healthcare sectors, along with connections to green economy corporations.

• Familiarity with the R&D grant landscape in Singapore and adept at navigating regulatory frameworks and public sector engagement models.
