Assistant Trader/Trader

Join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for driving sales and developing business opportunities within the steel sector. Your role will involve managing client relationships and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trading activities in the steel sector, focusing on sales and marketing.

• Manage existing client accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities related to steel products.

• Coordinate daily operations with clients and international offices, ensuring efficient communication.

• Oversee the processing of orders and the logistics involved in product delivery.

• Monitor customer credit lines and manage stock inventories effectively.

• Ensure the timely coordination of logistics and payment processes.

• Host and manage visits from overseas clients, providing exceptional service.

• Travel within the Asia-Pacific region to meet with clients and suppliers.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales.

• Proactive, observant, and eager to learn.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset coupled with a positive attitude.

• Enjoys client interactions and working in diverse environments.
