Assistant Manager, Partnership & Community Development

Spearhead the development of Community Health Plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Organise and facilitate regular meetings to align partners towards common objectives and monitor progress effectively.

Collaborate with grassroots leaders, social agencies, healthcare providers, and other partners to establish robust support networks.

Design and execute health initiatives that engage stakeholders and contribute to community well-being.

Utilize data analysis and insights to inform decision-making and track the impact of health initiatives, ensuring progress toward healthier communities.

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills, coupled with excellent conceptual and analytical abilities.

Proven planning, organisational, and project management skills.

Proficient in stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration.

Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to navigate challenges effectively.

Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with the Singapore healthcare system or knowledge of integrated care models is an advantage.
