We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the purchasing cycle, ensuring efficient sourcing and procurement processes. Join us to drive supplier performance and maintain high standards of inventory and logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete purchasing cycle including sourcing, RFQ, price negotiation, shipping, and delivery follow-up.

• Review and process purchases of materials, components, and equipment based on MRP requirements.

• Work collaboratively with supply chain planning and vendors to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Manage inventory and periodically review stocking rules while executing necessary adjustments.

• Coordinate with logistics providers for shipment arrangements, customs clearance, and delivery tracking.

• Drive supplier performance regarding quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.

• Prepare and process purchasing documentation such as vendor setup, PO/DN/invoice matching, and submissions to Finance.

• Manage RMA/NCT returns to suppliers and ensure timely follow-up on resolutions.

• Support initiatives aimed at cost reduction and ongoing improvement projects.

• Maintain accurate weekly and monthly reports on purchasing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing sector is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SAP/MRP systems is advantageous.
