Senior Executive, Community Operations

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance population health within the designated community.

• Manage project planning, including creating project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met.

• Evaluate the success of implemented strategies, facilitating data-driven improvements in operations.

• Provide administrative support in building partnerships with stakeholders through effective meeting organization and facilitation.

• Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Knowledge and experience in project management is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the Singapore healthcare system and integrated care models is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and buy-in.
