Responsibilities

1. Project & Delivery Support

  • Assist in RFQ/RFI responses by contributing to IT solution inputs and proposal materials
  • Support execution of IT projects, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
  • Track project tasks, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery

2. Integration & Solution Support

  • Support implementation and validation of integrations (API/EDI, data mapping)
  • Assist in preparing basic solution designs and documentation
  • Support troubleshooting of integration-related issues

3. Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain complete and up-to-date project and technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards and processes

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, WMS, operations) and customer stakeholders
  • Support requirement gathering and documentation (BRD-lite / functional specs)
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on action items

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to process improvements and small digitalisation initiatives
  • Support reporting and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI)

7. WMS Application Support

  • Provide first-level support for WMS-related incidents and service requests
  • Perform data validation and support issue resolution with internal teams/vendors
  • Assist with user queries, system usage, and post-implementation support
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by Senior Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT project support, systems support, or business analysis
  • Exposure to project delivery or integration environments preferred
  • Basic knowledge of integration technologies (API, EDI, data mapping)
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Exposure to WMS/TMS/ERP systems and business processes
  • Understanding of SDLC and project delivery lifecycle
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused with a proactive learning mindset
