Role Overview
Position: Commercial Intern (1–2 openings)
Team: Commercial (Sales, Partnerships, Sales Operations)

Duration: 3 months, part-time or full-time considered

MORROW is a premium, evidence-based longevity ecosystem spanning medical and lifestyle, helping members take a proactive, data-driven approach to their long-term health. The Commercial team leads membership acquisition, B2B partnerships, corporate health, and sales-attributed clinical upsell.
The Role
This internship sits inside the Commercial team and gives direct exposure to how a sales and partnerships function is built and run in a regulated, premium health business. You will support systems setup, CRM administration, data analysis, outreach execution and general commercial admin, working closely with the CCO and senior sales consultants.
What You'll Work On
Systems & CRM
– Support the CRM transition and ongoing administration (HubSpot Sales Hub), including data hygiene, pipeline stage upkeep and field configuration
– Assist with Freshchat and other sales-tooling setup and testing alongside external contractors
– Maintain clean, consistent records across CRM and adjacent tools so pipeline reporting stays reliable
Data & Reporting
– Consolidate and clean pipeline and lead data from multiple source files
– Build and maintain simple trackers and dashboards (funnel by source, conversion rates, weekly deltas)
– Support preparation of materials for weekly sales and leadership meetings
Outreach Support
– Assist with LinkedIn outreach campaign execution and list-building (Dripify), under defined targeting criteria
– Track outreach response rates and flag qualified conversations for the sales team to progress
– Support scheduling coordination for tours and consultations, working within the team's existing process
General Commercial Admin
– Prepare and format sales and partnership materials
– Support B2B pipeline administration and meeting logistics
– Ad hoc research and admin support for the CCO and sales team
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in business, commerce, data, or a related field
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel), including formulas or pivot tables; CRM or SQL exposure a plus, not required
- Experience cleaning lead lists and building funnel trackers
- Experience preparing simple weekly dashboards
- Eligible to work in Singapore
- Prior exposure to healthcare, wellness, premium services, or regulated environments a plus
