Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including the preparation, tracking, and issuance of company assets, onboarding kits, and corporate items.

  • Assist with basic IT setup, including laptop deployment and user account creation for new hires.

  • Maintain employee records, databases, and administrative documentation with accuracy.

  • Prepare employment-related letters and provide general administrative support.

  • Support internal communications, employee engagement activities, and company events.

  • Coordinate office seating arrangements and ensure workspaces are ready for new employees.

  • Manage office supplies, printers, and workplace facilities, while liaising with external vendors for maintenance and office services.

  • Ensure the office environment is organised, well-maintained, and supports smooth daily operations.

  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent with experience in administration, office operations, or workplace management.
  • Familiar with basic IT setup, including laptop deployment and user account creation.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
