Responsibilities of our Industrial Engineer
Develop and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet the planned throughput.
Define strategies for monthly WIP setting, production target, so as to achieve globally set target of inventories days-on-hand (for ingot, WIP and Finished goods)
Determine equipment capacity by applying time studies, under consideration of material flow details and process- and product influences.
Focus on identifying potential improvements regarding capacity and material flow
Define and update the strategy regarding yield and process time variation in order to ensure fulfillment of customer demand.
Schedule ingot growing according to product mix and puller capacities
Plan and execute ingot deliveries to international sites
Make adjustments to the starts and ingot growing plans to manage changes in specs requirements
Requirements of our Industrial Engineer
Engineering Degree
Knowledge of logistic processes and systems in manufacturing
Manufacturing process and product costing
High level of PC skills
Team management
Knowledge in C++ and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
