Customer Service Officer (International Freight Forwarding)
Location: Singapore (City Hall )
Our company is a well-established international freight forwarding company providing air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ enquiries and provide prompt, professional support.
- Coordinate daily import and export shipments by air and sea.
- Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Resolve shipment issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and support daily operational activities.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred (training will be provided for suitable candidates).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-focused.
