Customer Service Officer (International Freight Forwarding)

Location: Singapore (City Hall )

Our company is a well-established international freight forwarding company providing air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and provide prompt, professional support.
  • Coordinate daily import and export shipments by air and sea.
  • Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers.
  • Prepare shipping documents and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Resolve shipment issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily operational activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred (training will be provided for suitable candidates).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-focused.
