HR Assistant (Learning & Development) – 6-Month Contract
Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is looking for a HR Assistant (Learning & Development) to provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team, with a focus on training administration, regulatory submissions, and learning records management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Building and Construction Authority (BCA) registrations and renewals.
- Process SkillsFuture submissions and claims, including preparation of supporting documents.
- Assist with internship applications and coordination with local institutions.
- Track and maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) learning hours.
- Maintain accurate training and learning records in line with Singapore regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation to support compliance readiness and audits.
- Coordinate training administration, including training logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and communications.
- Compile and standardise regional Learning & Development documentation and records.
- Support the setup and administration of regional training platforms such as LMS or similar systems.
- Assist with streamlining and automation of L&D workflows.
- Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping for L&D activities.
- Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year in HR administration, Learning & Development support, training coordination, or regulatory coordination will be an advantage.
- Fresh Diploma holders with a positive learning attitude may also be considered.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Well-organised and able to manage records, schedules, and follow-ups independently.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Able to commit to a 6-month contract.
