Part-Time Special Needs Teacher / Early Intervention Teacher

Junior Special Resources (JSR Education Pte. Ltd.) is a specialised early intervention and learning support centre dedicated to empowering children with developmental delays and special educational needs. We provide individualised intervention programmes, small group learning, student care, school readiness programmes, and learning support for children aged 2 to 12 years.
Our mission is to help every child develop confidence, independence, communication, social, and academic skills through evidence-based and child-centred intervention.
We are looking for a passionate Part-Time Special Needs Teacher / Early Intervention Teacher who enjoys working with children and is committed to making a positive impact in their lives.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging intervention and student care programmes for children with special needs.
- Implement each child's Individual Education Plan (IEP) and learning goals.
- Support children's communication, social, behavioural, academic and daily living skills.
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom activities.
- Monitor and document children's progress.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding students' progress when required.
- Maintain a safe, positive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Assist with snack time, toileting and daily routines when necessary.
- Perform general classroom administration and preparation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology or related disciplines.
- Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Passionate, patient and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
(30 hours per week)
Minimum commitment of 6 months.

Salary
S$1,500 – S$2,000 per month
(Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.)
