Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operation by managing administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide daily general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls; handle inquiries and correspondence.
  3. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents to ensure records are accurate and updated.
  4. Consolidation of supplier's Statement of Accounts
  5. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  6. Act as a key liaison between Retail Manager and internal management, maintaining professional, responsive, and confidential communication.
  7. Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
