Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operation by managing administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls; handle inquiries and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents to ensure records are accurate and updated.
- Consolidation of supplier's Statement of Accounts
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Act as a key liaison between Retail Manager and internal management, maintaining professional, responsive, and confidential communication.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
