Retail Manager, SEA (Luxury Brands)

1. RETAIL OPERATION

  • Assist retail operation manager to oversee all boutiques day-to-day operation and resolved operational issues.
  • Coordinate with all boutiques and other internal departments to ensure procedures are in line with headquarters/current guidelines.
  • Work closely with all boutiques and ensure that new implementation are properly executed.
  • Follow up with all external suppliers / service providers to ensure that jobs (if any) are properly executed in the boutique.
  • Maintain POS displays (visual merchandising) and general outlook of the POS to the brand’s standards.
  • Request for POS material from local brand team or headquarters as and when they are required.
  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to the retail operation manager such as gathering market feedback, checking of boutique rostering etc.
  • To provide support to the boutique team when needed.
  • Whenever the boutique closes early / close, you will assist the retail operation manager to prepare early closure signage and seek for brand team approval on the communication.
  • Coordinate with the headquarter digital team to update the operating hour in social media

2. RETAIL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Assist the retail operation manager to coordinate the store project for openings, renovations, expansions and closings.

3. RETAIL TRAINING

  • Assist the retail operation manager in organizing training with the various department for the boutique team. E.g headquarter product tour training for the boutique team.
  • Assist the retail operation manager in preparing the training material prior to the training. E.g Sales transaction &; payment training conducted by the retail operation manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing / business administration equivalent.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience preferably in luxury retail/hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in using Infor M3 or salesforce is a plus.
  • A self-starter who is highly driven and can work independently.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to travel in SEA region when needed.
