Responsibilities
- Deliver after-sales maintenance and technical solutions to optimize product performance and ensure uninterrupted workflow
- Lead engineering projects from initial concept to completion by coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve service outcomes
- Manage client relationships by promptly addressing technical issues and ensuring service requirements are fulfilled
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians to foster professional growth and ensure compliance with company policies
- Document service processes accurately to maintain compliance with industry standards and support continuous improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Education: A minimum advanced Diploma in Mechatronic or a related field is typically required
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a service engineering role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service solutions
- Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of engineering principles
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide junior staff and manage projects effectively
