Job Scope
- Lead hospital emergency preparedness and crisis response planning
- Manage emergency response plans, SOPs, drills, and readiness activities
- Coordinate response for incidents such as pandemics, IT downtime, and operational disruptions
- Supervise and develop the Emergency Planning team
- Support crisis activation, Operations Centre setup, and post-incident reviews
- Manage emergency equipment, resources, budgets, and procurement
- Coordinate with MOH and internal stakeholders on emergency preparedness initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, emergency planning, crisis management, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong stakeholder coordination and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of emergency preparedness and crisis response
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
