Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, coordinate and execute luxury retail and commercial projects within contractual schedule and budgeted cost
  • Review drawings, design notes, and critical specifications
  • Attend site meetings, inspections, monitor and report of project progress
  • Liaise and coordinate with related parties (e.g., authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.) through regular meetings to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule
  • Supervision at workshop and project site to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure that staff and contractors carry out work in a safe manner
  • Monitor daily progress at project site
  • Report to management team on project status
  • Ensure project's quality is in line with company's standards
  • Ad-hoc duties

Requirement

  • At least 3 years' experience in project management (General Contractor field)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • General reading and writing in Mandarin and English (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
