Senior Construction Supervisor / ELV / PCS Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor / ELV / PCS Supervisor to oversee site operations, supervise construction activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Oversee the installation and testing of ELV and Process Control System (PCS) works.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities.

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction, ELV, or PCS projects.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, ELV systems, and site coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site teams effectively.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction and WSH regulations is an advantage.
