Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic sales performance reports for management.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers and business partners.
Coordinate with the operations, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to maintain long-term business relationships.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase market share.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activities, quotations, and contracts.
Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and client presentations.
Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve sales performance and profitability.
Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments to meet customer demand.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for senior management.
Identify opportunities for business expansion, strategic partnerships, and new market development.
Train and mentor sales personnel to improve product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service.
Perform any other sales and business development duties assigned by the Directors or Senior Management.
