MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Assist management in developing and implementing business strategies and operational policies.
Monitor departmental performance and prepare periodic operational reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and external stakeholders.
Supervise staff, assign work, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate employees to maintain high performance standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Singapore laws and regulations.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze sales, operational, and financial data to support business decisions.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
Maintain accurate business records, contracts, and administrative documentation.
Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business operations.
Support business development activities and identify opportunities for growth.
Handle customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate inventory, procurement, and supplier management where applicable.
Organize meetings, prepare reports, and present recommendations to senior management.
Ensure workplace health, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
Support marketing, promotional, and business expansion initiatives.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned objectives.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Directors or Senior Management in support of the company's business objectives.
