Clinic Staff Nurse [AY]

Location: Orchard

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the specialist during consultations, procedures and surgical cases conducted in the clinic and Operating Theatre.
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey by delivering quality nursing care and clinical assistance.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, enquiries, billing and payment collection as part of the clinic's daily operations.
• Process insurance claims, pre-authorisation requests and other related administrative documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation.
• Carry out additional duties as required to support the smooth running of the clinic.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid practising licence issued by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Prior specialist clinic experience is not required. Candidates from different nursing backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a specialist clinic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• A proactive and dependable team player who takes initiative and contributes positively to a collaborative working environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems for clinical and administrative work.
• BCLS certification will be an added advantage.
