As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for a Asia HR Intern to support regional HR initiatives and transformation projects, while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic HR work across diverse markets.

Who We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate or diploma student in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related fields
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to create engaging content
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research capabilities
• Proactive, curious, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the planning and execution of HR initiatives and projects within the region.
• Conduct research and gather insights to support talent, market, and HR-related initiatives.
• Provide support for employee engagement across the region.
• Assist with process documentation, standardisation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with regional and country HR teams to support ongoing projects and day-to-day activities.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support as required.
