Job Summary
You will lead technical solution scoping, customer consultation, and project management to deliver integrated audiovisual and networking systems for command centers, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting profitable sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Scope and design technical solutions to meet customer requirements and optimize system architecture support
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate audiovisual and networking integration solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to respond to RFI/RFQ/RFP and achieve assigned sales targets
- Provide technical consultation and training to customers and internal teams on integration services
- Identify and pursue additional business development opportunities within existing customers
- Monitor and support technical solutions throughout sales and post-sales phases to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage projects to deliver solutions aligned with customer expectations and initial proposals
- Make timely decisions to resolve technical issues and provide immediate solutions
- Attend client meetings to address project and maintenance issues and respond promptly to communications
- Troubleshoot and perform technical rectifications on-site for maintenance contracts under 24/7 SLA requirements
- Perform hands-on tasks including climbing cat ladders for video wall display installation and maintenance
- Configure and design videowall systems; assist in project implementation including cable laying and hardware/software installation
- Ensure warranty and extended warranty registrations are processed promptly
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies related to audiovisual and networking solutions
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Exhibit high emotional intelligence to manage client and team interactions effectively
- Perform other daily assigned tasks as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Must have knowledge of audiovisual systems with emphasis on visualization integration
- Must have basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP and UDP protocols
- Must be physically capable of hands-on work including climbing ladders for installations
- Must have skills and knowledge to perform troubleshooting and technical rectification on site
- Must provide maintenance support as per SLA, including 24/7 availability for maintenance contracts
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, IT, or relevant field
- Experience of 3-5 years in command center environments working with video wall systems and audiovisual maintenance
- Knowledge of configuring and hardening network switches or PCs, IT software applications, and UI creation
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing projectors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
