Resident Engineer (RE)
Location: Changi
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee construction works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and relevant regulations.
Monitor site progress, quality and workmanship.
Coordinate with the Qualified Person (QP), contractors, consultants and relevant authorities on site matters.
Review method statements, shop drawings and technical submissions where required.
Identify non-compliance and ensure timely rectification of works.
Maintain site records and prepare inspection reports.
Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout the project.
Perform other duties assigned by the Qualified Person (QP).
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Registered Resident Engineer (RE) in Singapore.
Relevant experience in construction site supervision.
Good knowledge of construction practices, relevant codes and safety requirements.
Able to work independently with good communication skills.
